IMPORTANT. Attach GIF, JPEG, Word DOC, etc. files (no .CAM or .ART files please) to the email. Make sure to virus scan ALL items before sending. Any emails containing viruses will be completely deleted and no other submission will be accepted from that individual.

Screen name	This is the name that will appear with your galleries.  This can be a real name, online screen name, or pseudonym.
50 word Bio.	This is not a requirement but does help the viewer to understand your work.  It can be 50 words or fewer.
Media type	For most creatives a description of what media and size of work is very important to show the scope of your work.  For example, a piece of art may be created in "pen and ink on canvas 24" x 36"" or a Video may have been shot in Super 16mm Black and White
Email address Website URL	This will NOT be posted unless you request it.  However, if someone does inquire SoupSkin.com will inform you.  And, if there are any modifications to the site or to your gallery SoupSkin.com must be able to contact you. This does not mean you will be receiving tons of junk mail from us.  Mainly because we think you probably have much more important things to do then listen to us go on and on about mindless stuff (not to mention our writers and editor are too lazy to produce a newsletter).
Attached files	Be sure to attach the necessary files to your email. If you must use multiple emails be sure to make a note of it within the email itself.   Please remember: Files should be optimized (if you do not know how to optimize your images we will assist you when available) Files should be no smaller then 350 pixels at their longest diameter (height or width) VIRUS SCAN ALL FILES BEFORE SENDING!
